In order to set up a new patient appointment, please contact us at 512-970-8883. New patient paperwork is available on this website. Please print and fill out completely. Your initial visit will last approximately 1 hour, during which we will take a detailed history, discuss your health concerns and perform a physical examination. Laboratory studies or x-ray examinations may be ordered.
If you have had recent x-rays or other studies, please bring them with you or we will have you sign a records request form so that we may review them. The third visit or “case review and clinical recommendations” is where we review your exam findings, your test adjustment and lay out a recommended treatment plan and begin care. The interval between visits is lengthened as treatment proceeds.
